| Womanwork, a work for violin and piano, was commissioned by the Chiaroscuro Duo, and was recorded for their debut CD. The first movement, "Soliloquy," was inspired by the poem, "To a Suitor" by Maya Angelou. The second movement, "Strife," was inspired by the poem, "Woman Work," also by Maya Angelou.
